For Parents

Dear Parents!

Is your high school teen complacent, unmotivated, anxious about grades, disorganized with school work, stressed about college or frustrated in relationships?

Are these things affecting your family connections and relationships, causing stress at home?

Are you tired of reminding your teen to complete homework, be more organized, or complete chores?

Do you feel like you have to yell and nag to get any action from your teen?

If this is you, I hear you! As a parent of young adult sons and personal and academic life coach, I would love to partner with you!

Stress levels, homework overload, time management, disorganization, lack of motivation, anxiety about the future, lack of self-confidence, and frustration in relationships affect families and this affects all areas of life.

This is where personal coaching comes in because I do understand these frustrations. It can be overwhelming trying to help your teen manage homework, assignments, chores and other responsibilities.

In addition to working with your teen and coaching in these areas, I also offer coaching and support for parents.

What can you expect from parent coaching?

  • Learn which strategies work best for your family

  • Build stronger relationships

  • Learn coaching tools you can use with your own family to improve communication

  • Feel more confident in your parenting choices

  • Achieve goals by following through on actions

  • Support, encouragement and a coach`s empathetic ear

In these coaching sessions, you will be working 1-on-1 with me, either in person, on the phone or video conference. Sessions with parents include anything from 3-12 sessions. I use coaching techniques to help parents address challenges, improve relationships and connect with teens on a deeper level. Parents will also receive unlimited email and text communication support.

I offer discounts for parents of students I am already coaching.

Note: Coaching is not about giving parental advise as that is more of a consulting or advising role.

So, if you need support, please feel free to contact me and schedule a free 30 minute informational session to find out more about coaching and how I can serve you!

If you prefer group coaching, you may be interested in joining a supportive parent community for more support.
